The Prestige City project Bangalore is contracted to L&T worth of 1560 crore (Propinspire)
Prestige Group has signed a Rs 1,560 crore civil contract (excluding GST). The scope of work includes the construction of towers and villas, with 6,768 apartments spread across 39 towers averaging 30 levels high and four club houses . The scope of work includes the construction of structures and finishes for 13 million square feet of built-up area. Larsen & Toubro's construction arm has received a significant order for its buildings & factories business to build one of Bengaluru's largest residential townships. According to a press release from L&T, the project will be completed in 42 months.
